The idea of ​​the project is to collect clothes, shoes (new and used) from citizens or merchants, clean them, iron them, put them in plastic bags and put the size numbers on them to be displayed in a free market to choose needy families What suits them according to cards determines the number of pieces that are allowed for each family to choose .. And with the help of God Almighty will open the free market in the first days of the holy month of Ramadan.
Objectives of the project .. This project aims to embody the concepts of social solidarity and achieve societal partnership in humanitarian actions and embody compassion among all segments of society, especially in such difficult humanitarian situations .. as well as promoting the principle of volunteer work for civil society organizations in all activities, especially humanity Of which .
The family of the project .. About 70 youth organizations and initiatives volunteered to participate in the implementation of this project, all of them cooperating in this humanitarian project, carrying out the collection of clothes and shoes, and preparing what was collected so that it can then be displayed on the free market.
Collection committees + supply committee .. A committee and a coordinator for it were chosen in each directorate to collect clothes and shoes .. and refer them to the processing committee that cleans the shoes and clothes and iron them and put them in bags with a sticker that shows the piece number to make it easier for those in need to choose it.
Databases Committee .. In the middle of April, charitable societies, orphan societies, martyrs, and all organizations and initiatives participating in the project will upload statements of the names of those in need, and the Databases Committee will enter them into a database after verifying the validity of these data so that cards will be issued that determine the number of pieces Which each family is allowed to choose from the free market.
The Free Market Committee .. A committee has been formed to choose the free market site and to supervise the process of displaying and distributing clothes and shoes ... etc.
The conclusion of the project .. With the help of God Almighty, certificates of appreciation will be distributed to all organizations and initiatives that volunteered to participate in the project.
The project sponsors and donors will also be honored .. and all financial donations received by the project management will be announced, in an embodiment of honesty, clarity and the principle of transparency.
