An awareness meeting was held at Al-Firdous Development Society on evaluating projects according to measuring the impact on the environment.
The engineer stressed that the project is not merely the use or employment of a set of inputs that some operations are performed on in order to obtain the outputs, but the existence of the project, its operations, its inputs and its outputs have short and medium term results and then a far-reaching impact on society.
She said that the evaluation of the projects, even if they are practical practices, procedures and implementation stages, but that they take different stages, briefly, that each stage is dealt with separately in some detail according to specific steps for each stage ..
She noted that the project evaluation stages go through four basic stages: preparing the evaluation plan, implementing the evaluation process, analyzing data and monitoring deviations, then preparing a final report with the results and recommendations of the evaluation
